Please use this form to apply for a place on CotP's Walls for the Future programme - for all other courses please use the booking form.
You will need to give evidence of previous walling experience.
Please note that there is a fee payable for this course, and payment will be required once your place has been confirmed.

Equipment
You should provide the following personal items of clothing:
• Steel toe-capped boots
• Overalls/work wear
• Full set of waterproofs
• Gloves.
Participants on the Level 2 and Level 3 courses are expected to bring their own walling tools.
This scheme will provide all other equipment and materials required for the duration of the course.
Physical fitness
Dry stone walling is a physically demanding occupation. Please state in the box below if you have any reasons why you may not be able to participate fully in all activities.
TERMS:
A deposit of £50 is required with the booking form to secure your place on the 2010 course.

If you are claiming a reduction in fees you will be required to bring evidence of your entitlement when you enrol.
For Level Two and Three: please ring to discuss your application before submission.
CONCESSIONS:
The Programme shows the full fee for the course/s.
Fee concessions are available to learners in receipt of the following:

Council tax benefit
-
Housing benefit
-
Income support
-
Jobseekers’ allowance
-
Working tax credit (with an annual household income of less than £15,050

Pensions credit (except learners awarded a saving credit only)
-
The unwaged dependents (as defined by Benefits Agency) of those listed above
-
Learners aged 19 and over taking their first full level 2 programme (eg 5 GCSEs grade A to C, an NVQ at level 2 or an equivalent qualification)

Learners aged 19 and over but under 25 taking their first full level 3 programme (eg NVQ at level 3)
-
Learners claiming child tax credit only are not eligible for fee remission unless they are in receipt of one of the benefits listed above.

Learners on low incomes claiming incapacity benefit or disability living allowance can apply for fee remission only on courses with a qualification, through our learner support funds. Please note that acceptance is not automatic and the criteria for learner support will apply.
