Please use this form to book a place on any of our courses, except Walls for the Future for which there is a separate application form.
A deposit will also be required - please send a cheque to:
College of the Peak, Hallyard House, Bakewell Road, Over Haddon, Derbyshire DE45 1JE.
Equipment: We recommend that you provide the following personal items of clothing:
• Steel toe-capped boots
• Overalls/work wear
• Full set of waterproofs
• Gloves.
All other equipment and materials required for the duration of the course will be provided.
Physical fitness
Many of our courses are physically demanding. Please state in the box below if you have any reasons why you may not be able to participate fully in all activities.
TERMS:
Bookings made less than 4 weeks before start of each course - payment in full with booking form
Bookings made more than 4 weeks before start of each course -
• Taster sessions - payment in full with booking form
• Longer courses - 50% deposit with booking form, payment in full due by 4 weeks before course start.

CONCESSIONS:
The Programme shows the full fee for the course/s.
Fee concessions are available for people aged 16-18; people receiving benefit and their unwaged dependants.
All fees are inclusive of tuition and registration fees, but exclusive of exam or test fees (where applicable).
